REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your 101Baddies order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unworn, unused and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stains or damage
To request a return, contact us at support@101baddies.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
• Underwear, swimwear or bodysuits where the hygiene seal has been removed
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@101baddies.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so we can assist you.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as 101Baddies cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
If you need another size or color, contact us at support@101baddies.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. When direct exchanges are unavailable, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it.
